- Xiaomi 15 Ultra Display & Performance : The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will have an bigger 6.73 inch WQHD+ AMOLED display including 120 Hz refresh rate, 3,200 peak brightness and Xiaomi Ceramic Glass protection 2.0 in it.
- Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra Processor : Both the Smartphones will come with same Snapdragon 8 elite Chipset.
- Xiaomi 15 & 15 Ultra Memory : The 15 model will have 12 GB/512GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 where as the 15-Ultra will have 16GB/512GB LPDDR5X with UFS 4.1 storage in it.
