Bollywood actress and newly elected MP Kangana Ranaut recently visited the Kapu Mariamman Temple in Udupi. The temple, which was recently renovated with a multi-crore budget, is a well-known spiritual site in the region.
Kangana, who won the Mandi Lok Sabha seat, arrived at the temple to offer prayers. She was warmly welcomed by the temple authorities, who draped a shawl over her as a mark of respect.
Attends Public Meeting with RSS Leader
After the temple visit, Kangana participated in a public gathering, where senior RSS leader B.L. Santhosh was also present. This marked her first visit to Udupi, and she expressed happiness about the temple’s new design and renovations.
Back on Screen with ‘Tanu Weds Manu’
Kangana is currently busy with her next film and is set to return in the much-loved Tanu Weds Manu series, alongside R. Madhavan. Fans are excited to see the duo reunite after their earlier films left a lasting impact.
From Legal Issues to Seeking Blessings
Not long ago, Kangana was caught up in a defamation case, which was eventually settled through a mutual agreement. Interestingly, her temple visit happened soon after the case was resolved.
Whether it was purely spiritual or a way to mark a new beginning, her visit to the Kapu Mariamman Temple has certainly caught everyone’s attention.
