The wait is over! The SSLC Exam-1 admit cards for the March/April 2025 exams are finally out. For thousands of students across Karnataka, this is a big moment—one step closer to their board exams. The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has now made the admit cards available for download, and students must collect them from their schools without delay.
This is not just a piece of paper—it’s your ticket to the exam hall, proof of all the hard work you’ve done, and a reminder that the final test is just around the corner. Now is the time to check, double-check, and make sure everything is in place!
How to Get Your Admit Card?
- Schools will download the admit cards from the Karnataka Board’s official website starting March 10, 2025.
- Students must collect their admit cards from their respective schools.
- Check all details carefully—a small mistake now can create big problems later!
What Should You Check on Your Admit Card?
Before you even think about your exam, make sure your admit card is 100% correct. Mistakes can happen, and if they do, you must fix them quickly. Here’s what to look for:
- Your Name – Spelled correctly? No extra letters or missing alphabets?
- Father’s and Mother’s Name – These details should match official records.
- Photograph & Signature – Is it clear? Is it really you?
- Exam Center – Do you know where you need to go on exam day?
- Subjects & Medium of Instruction – Are all subjects correct? Any missing ones?
If you find any mistake, don’t panic—but act fast. Schools can help you fix errors, but only if you report them immediately.
What If There’s a Mistake?
- Name, photo, or signature incorrect? A correction fee of ₹100 per change must be paid.
- Medium of instruction incorrect? You’ll need to pay ₹500 to correct it.
- Deadline for corrections? All requests must be submitted before March 17, 2025, by 5:00 PM—so don’t wait until the last minute!
What If You Don’t Get Your Admit Card?
If your admit card is missing, don’t assume everything is fine. Inform your school immediately. They will contact the board and sort it out.
The worst thing you can do? Wait till the exam day and realize you don’t have an admit card! Don’t let that happen.
Special Rules for Students Who Need Extra Support
Students with disabilities who require extra writing time, a scribe, or any other special support—check if these details are printed on your admit card. If not, inform your school right away. You have the right to get the help you need.

Got Two Admit Cards? Here’s What to Do.
Some students may accidentally receive two different admit cards. Do NOT use both.
- Keep one.
- Cancel the other.
- Return the extra one to your school.
Schools will take care of the cancellation process, but students must inform them in time.
A Big Warning About Photograph Changes
- Want to change your photo? You can only do it before the exams begin.
- Once the exams start, no changes will be accepted.
- If your admit card has an incorrect photo, act now!
Final Words – Stay Prepared, Stay Confident!
To every SSLC student out there—this is your moment. We know the pressure is high. We know the expectations feel overwhelming. But remember, you’ve worked for this, and you are ready.
