Sameer’s latest video discusses the Soujanya rape and murder case that occurred over a decade ago. In the video, he details various aspects of the case, including evidence destruction and how an innocent person was allegedly framed.

One of the most controversial claims in the video was made at the beginning, where Sameer stated that the Dharmasthala temple is a Jain temple, as per official records submitted by its owners to the government. He even presented evidence to support this claim.

As clips from the video went viral on social media, the controversy escalated. Following this, Sameer took to his official Instagram account and posted a story stating:
“Anything can happen to me anytime.”

Sameer’s Response

In the video, Sameer expressed frustration, questioning:
“I don’t understand why caste and religion are brought into the demand for justice.”

He further responded to alleged threats against him, saying in another story:
“To those who leaked my home address and phone number, finding me and attacking me won’t be difficult. That’s why I fold my hands and request the Kannada YouTube community to raise their voice on this issue.”

This situation has sparked significant discussions on freedom of speech, online threats, and justice in the Soujanya case.
